You found the end of the rainbow! Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with these delicious and simple Pot of Gold Brownie Bites.
Start by preparing your brownie batter. Grease your cupcake pan and fill each tin 3/4 of the way full with batter.
Bake according to box instructions. Before they cool lightly press down the center of each brownie bite as shown
Let cool. Fill the middle of each brownie bite with icing.
Dip icing side down in sprinkles.
Pot of Gold Brownie Bites
Ingredients
- 1 box (18.3 oz) fudge brownie mix
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 container of vanilla icing
- gold sprinkles
Instructions
- Preparing your brownie batter according to box instructions. Grease your cupcake pan and fill each tin 3/4 of the way full with batter.
- Bake according to box instructions. (18-20 minutes) Don't over bake!
- Before they cool lightly press down the center of each brownie bite as shown. Let cool.
- Fill a piping bag with icing and install the tip. (You can also just use a plastic baggie with the corner snipped off.)
- Fill the middle of each brownie bite with icing.
- Dip, icing side down in sprinkles.
