In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 15-30 second bursts, stirring well each time.
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Dip the end of a spoon into the melted chocolate and let it fill the spoon and coat the edges and underneath completely. Sprinkle immediately with desired toppings.
1/4 cup crushed peppermint
Place the spoon on a wax paper lined baking sheet to cool and harden. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
