Instructions
Whisk the first 7 ingredients together in a small bowl. Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste. I like to start with ⅛ tsp each of salt and pepper and add from there. If it tastes too acidic, or you just like a sweeter sauce, add a pinch of sugar.
8 oz. can of tomato sauce, 1 tbsp minced garlic or ¾ tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp dried basil, ½ tsp onion powder, 1 tsp parsley flakes, ¼ tsp red pepper flakes, Salt and pepper, Pinch of sugar
Spread on two 12-14” pizza crusts, add toppings and bake according to dough instructions.
