Ingredients

uncooked elbow macaroni

butter
cut into chunks

can (12 oz)
evaporated milk
1 1/2

half-and-half

sharp cheddar cheese
freshly shredded

Velveeta cheese
cut into cubes

ground mustard

salt

tsp
pepper
Instructions
Spray 4-5 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package, using minimum cook time. Place macaroni in slow cooker; immediately add butter and stir until melted.
4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni,
1/4 cup butter
Add evaporated milk, half-and-half, Cheddar cheese, the cubed cheese, mustard, salt and pepper; stir to blend well.
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk,
1 1/2 cups half-and-half,
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese,
8 oz Velveeta cheese,
2 Tbsp ground mustard,
1/4 tsp salt,
1/4 tsp pepper
Cover; cook on Low heat setting 2 to 3 hours, stirring once halfway through cooking time.
