Ingredients

cup
honey
clover honey is fine-nothing too floral
3
tbsp
red pepper flakes
1
tsp
apple cider vinegar
Pinch
of salt
Instructions
In a saucepan, bring the honey and red pepper flakes just to a simmer. Remove from heat and let sit 10-15 minutes to infuse with heat.

3 tbsp red pepper flakes
Taste the honey. If it’s reached the desired heat level, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a jar.
Stir in the apple cider vinegar and salt until evenly combined. Let cool and then store covered at room temperature for up to 3 months.
