cream corn

can (15 oz)
corn
drained

box (8.5 oz)
Jiffy corn muffin mix

eggs

cup
sour cream
1/2
cup
butter
melted
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in bowl until moistened completely.
Pour into a 9x9 baking pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set and slightly crispy around the edges.
Notes
Serve warm and store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
Recipe doubles easily-just use a 13x9 inch pan.
