  • 1 can (15 oz) cream corn
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn drained
  • 1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter melted


  • Mix all ingredients together in bowl until moistened completely.
  • Pour into a 9x9 baking pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set and slightly crispy around the edges.


Serve warm and store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
Recipe doubles easily-just use a 13x9 inch pan.
