Easy Homemade Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
1/4
cup
of salted butter
3/4
cup
of coconut palm sugar
1/2
cup
of half-and-half
1
tsp
vanilla
pinch
of salt
Instructions
In a small saucepan melt the butter and stir in the coconut sugar. Bring to a boil
Slowly add the half-and-half and bring back to a boil, stirring frequently
Stir in vanilla and salt and boil for 2-3 minutes to thicken a bit
Pour into a jar and store in the refrigerator. Caramel thickens as it cools
