Sparkling Watermelon Slushie

  • 2 cups frozen seedless watermelon chunks
  • About 1/2 can of berry-flavored sparkling water like La Croix or Canada Dry
  • Juice of one lime or lemon juice if you're in a pinch


  • If the watermelon has been in the freezer for more than 2 hours, allow to thaw a bit at room temperature (just to soften for the blender, not thaw completely)
  • Add watermelon, lime juice and sparkling water (a little at a time) to the blender and mix well.
