  • 1 lb. of Wright® Brand Bacon Hickory Smoked
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 2-3 tsp. honey for drizzling
  • 1 jalapeño diced finely


  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Dredge both side of the Wright brand bacon in the brown sugar, pressing down lightly to get the sugar to stick.
  • Place a greased cooling rack on a foil-lined baking sheet and lay the strips of bacon on top being sure to leave space between each slice.
  • Bake for 15 mins. then remove from oven, turn over and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with jalapeños and return to oven.
  • Bake for another 5-10 mins. Watch closely so it doesn't burn!
  • Allow to cool before removing from racks.
