1cupmilk(whole might be best, but I used 2% since that's what I had)
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1tspdried parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt one stick of butter and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and garlic powder. Whisk to combine and then add melted butter and milk. Whisk just until wet. Do NOT over-mix.
Stir in cheese with a spoon.
Drop heaping spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
While biscuits are baking, melt remaining butter and stir in parsley. Brush butter mixture over hot biscuits and eat them fresh from the oven. Oh. Yum.
