Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Puffs
If you're looking for a great appetizer or perfect Easter side dish, these bacon wrapped asparagus puffs are the perfect fit! Try them with Pepper Jack cheese for a spicy twist!

Ingredients
12-15
stalks of asparagus
woody ends removed (get thick stalks that will stand up to baking for longer)
1
can
crescent roll dough
4-8
strips of bacon, cooked
shaved Parmesan cheese
olive oil for brushing
salt and pepper
Instructions
Unroll the crescent roll dough and pull apart into four squares (2 triangles=1 square)
Place a strip or two of bacon across the middle of the square
Lay 3-5 stalks of asparagus on the bacon
Brush the asparagus with olive oil, being sure to get all the way to the tips
Salt and pepper to taste
Top with shaved Parmesan cheese
Wrap up the sides of the dough and overlap a bit to keep closed
Bake at 375 until golden brown (about 13 minutes)
