Ingredients

  • 6 large mangoes
  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small bunch of cilantro chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Crushed red pepper to taste (or 2 jalapenos if you like it spicy).

Instructions

  • Dice mangoes, onion and tomatoes.
  • Add chopped cilantro, gently mix with the rest of the ingredients and chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
