- 6 large mangoes
- 3 Roma tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small bunch of cilantro chopped
- Juice of 2 limes.
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Crushed red pepper to taste (or 2 jalapenos if you like it spicy).
Dice mangoes, onion and tomatoes.
Add chopped cilantro, gently mix with the rest of the ingredients and chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
