Fold in crackers and nuts. Pour into greased pie pan.
20 Ritz crackers, 1 cup chopped nuts
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely. Top with freshly whipped cream or whipped topping to serve.

Notes
Adding the sugar and vanilla will immediately deflate the whipped egg whites, so try to blend it in quickly and don't over mix. This pie is great the next day, so feel free to make it ahead and just wait to top with whipped cream until you're ready to serve it.
