Thoroughly cook bacon and sausage links and chop into small bits.
Prepare Simply Potato Southwest Style Hash Browns according to instructions on the package. Crack eggs into a bowl and whip with a fork until yolk and white are well mixed.
Mix in bacon, sausage and cheese.
Cook in a pan on medium heat until eggs reach the desired consistency (I add a little milk to make them fluffier).
Place a sufficient amount of eggs onto a tortilla.
Add in salsa or sour cream if you prefer. Fold the burrito.
