I wasn’t exactly sure what to call this. Paper banner? Garland? Hangy thing that looks cute? Either way, I can’t take credit for this one. I was just smart enough to buy it at our last silent auction. However, it IS something simple enough to do and I have all the supplies so I could make another one quite easily. It would be even easier if I owned one of those snazzy Cricut machines! It’s dark outside, so there’s very little light in the room. I took one picture without flash and another one with it. Neither of them really do the colors and details justice, but you get the idea. It’s just a strip of raw material with a pretty flower print and paper tags tied on with twine. There are also several different colored but coordinating ribbons tied on each end in bows and again in the middle between the words. The letters are paper and stuck on with those 3D stickers that bring things off the page. Each tag also has a little leaf or button or flower decorating it. It’s all done in browns and reds and a little orange, pink and green- basic fall colors. It’s hanging on my mantel, which I hope to finish this weekend and post about later. My grocery store isn’t carrying pumpkins (not even the decorative kind!) yet, so I couldn’t finish just yet. Fall starts tomorrow!!!
